Elizabeth Granfort

Elizabeth is an executive coach and career consultant for a global career services management firm, providing services to clients across industry and levels of management, delivering programs and facilitating teams. Prior to working in career services, Elizabeth was a human resource manager in a financial services firm, where she partnered with business units in the areas of employee commitment, performance management, succession planning, diversity training, leadership development and career development. Before relocating to the Boston area in 1995, Elizabeth spent 10 years as an editor, writer and spokesperson for national women’s magazines. She has served on the Steering Committee of the Human Rights Campaign and does volunteer event planning for non-profit organizations. She holds an M.S. degree in Counseling from Columbia University and a B.A. in English Literature from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
