Craig S Gibson
Craig has over 20 years of experience in the fields of organization development, change management, and training, both as a Federal government employee and as a private-sector consultant. Relating communication and human interaction skills to the leadership behaviors of successful managers and supervisors, Craig has most recently been delivering performance
leadership training to component agencies of the Department of Homeland Security (Customs and Border Patrol, Customs and Immigration Service, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement). He previously served as a consultant to the Department of the Treasury, HR Connect Program Office (HRCPO), on its internal organizational issues related to product and service provision, as well as on external Treasury issues which related to the introduction, acceptance, and deployment of new HR software. Craig’s work for the HRCPO involved designing and delivering training and facilitation.
Craig’s work as OD team leader, GSA, Public Buildings Service (PBS), included chairing the service’s National Training Council and enhancing employee performance by ensuring comprehensive quality training and development opportunities for approximately 4,000 PBS employees; implementing a 360-degree feedback assessment for approximately 500 senior PBS managers; designing and developing the PBS Academy (which links the national training and development activities of the 10 PBS regions to the service’s business goals); designing, developing, and delivering training; and serving as a PBS liaison to 36 federal client agencies in the areas of training and executive management, as they related to a GSA policy initiative.
