Carol Salloway

Carol is a highly accomplished management and organizational consultant. She has been providing a wide range of consulting services for the past 18 years. For the first ten years, she served as the Human Resources Consulting Practice Manager at a management consulting firm, now Clark Consulting. Prior to this work, she worked at a major university, running the student services organization. Carol holds the following certifications: MBTI, LEA (Leadership Effective Analysis 360° instrument), CTI (Coaches Training Institute), CPSI (Creative Problem Solving Institute), Mediation Works, Inc. Carol holds a BA in Psychology from Simmons College and an MBA from Boston University, with a concentration in Organizational Behavior. She is also a Committee Chairperson in NEHRA (Northeast Human Resources Association) and an active member of HRLF (Human Resources Leadership Forum) and WorldatWork. She serves on the Board of Congregation Klal Yisrael in Sharon, MA.
