Carol Keleher Traber
Over the past 5 years Carol has held the positions of Director of Human Resource Planning and Development and Director of Human Resources with a "Top 100" regional healthcare organization. Prior to her healthcare experience, Carol served, for over 15 years, as Executive Vice-President and Director of Human Resources, including responsibility as Director of Training and Development, for both regional and global banking organizations. In addition, as an Organizational Development Consultant and Educator, she facilitated key strategic meetings, provided 360o assessments and executive coaching, provided diversity training, advocacy and strategy, designed and implemented several Change Leadership programs, and implemented national management programs. Carol has worked in both employee and labor relations and has served on several contract negotiation teams. She brings extensive consulting experience to leadership roles in both profit and non-profit organizations. Carol has also served as an adjunct faculty member to two New England colleges where she taught Human Resource Management and Organizational Systems and Processes. For several years Carol was a national speaker on Organizational Development issues. Certifications and Education: The National Society certifies Carol as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. Additional certifications include MBTI, DISC, Harvard/MIT Interest-Based Bargaining. Ms. Keleher Traber holds a Bachelor of Science Degree, magna cum laude, from Boston College and a Master of Science in Management Degree, summa cum laude, from Lesley College, with a major focus in Organizational Development. In addition, Carol holds a Certificate of Graduation from the Commercial School of Banking at Williams College. She has also completed graduate work at Harvard University and Western Maryland College and she has attended several sessions of the Creative Problem Solving Institute at SUNY Buffalo.
