As its business has developed, Airbus has increasingly focused on efficiency and value for money, as well as the excellence of its products. As part of this, the global company embarked upon a major cost reduction program, ‘Route 06’, designed to drive efficiency gains through every aspect of the organization, whilst maintaining its world class standards of customer experience and quality.
Hemsley Fraser partnered with Airbus UK to design a program of seven modules.
The overall design was highly complex in that it blended knowledge, skills and behavior change, backed by mapping against ‘workplace outcomes’. A particular feature of the design was the way in which the company’s ‘Value Specialists’, with in-depth specialist expertise, worked in partnership with the learning design consultants from Hemsley Fraser. Hemsley Fraser brought to bear its experience and technical expertise to ensure that every detail, from the initial notification to the participants, through to flawless delivery was at the standards required by Airbus UK.
