Hemsley Fraser was founded in 1991 by Iain Fraser Lovett, who continues as our President and Chief Executive today. Our values and philosophy are shaped by the beliefs of his father, Wynne Hemsley Fraser Lovett, who pioneered the internationally acclaimed Oxford Executive Development Seminars of the late 70’s. A forerunner of the executive programs now delivered by many leading international business schools, emphasis was centered on the inherent link between people performance (skills, knowledge and behaviors) and organizational success.

Our tremendous growth over the past 16 years has lead to the establishment of dual corporate headquarters in London, England and Waltham, MA and additional US offices in Washington, DC and Philadelphia, PA, and United Kingdom offices in Manchester and Saltash, England. From this expanded base, we work with our clients to help them achieve breakthrough results and competitive advantage through practical learning and development solutions.
